We get stupidly excited about film releases so we thought we'd share a list of the big films that we are most anticipating in 2014. Let us know what you're anticipating in the comments below! 

the amazing spiderman 2 (april)
Peter Parker runs the gauntlet as the mysterious company Oscorp sends up a slew of supervillains against him, impacting on his life. 



the double (APRIL)
A clerk in a government agency finds his unenviable life takes a turn for the horrific with the arrival of his new co-worker who is both his exact physical double and his opposite - confident, charismatic and seductive. 



GODZILLA (may)
The world's most famous monster is pitted against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence. 



x-men: days of future past (may)
The X-Men send Wolverine to the past in a desperate effort to change history and prevent an event that results in doom for both humans and mutants. 



the fault in our stars (june) 
Hazel and Gus are two teenagers who share an acerbic wit, a disdain for the conventional, and a love that sweeps them on a journey. Their relationship is all the more miraculous given that Hazel's other companion is an oxygen tank, Gus jokes about his prosthetic leg, and they met and fell in love at a cancer support group. 



how to train your dragon 2 (june) 
Its been 5 years since Hiccup and Toothless successfully united dragons and vikings. When one of their adventures leads to the discovery of a secret ice cave that's home to hundreds of new wild dragons, the two friends find themselves at the center of a battle to protect the peace. 



transformers: age of extinction (june) 
An automobile mechanic and his daughter make a discovery that brings down the Autobots and Decepticons - and a paranoid government official - on them. 



dawn of the planet of the apes
Survivors of the simian plague trigger an all-out war between humanity and Caesar's growing forces. 



jupiter ascending (july) 
In the future, a young destitute human woman gets targeted for assassination by the Queen of the Universe, and begins her destiny to finish the Queen's reign. 



guardians of the galaxy (august) 
In the far reaches of space, an American pilot named Peter Quill finds himself the object of a manhunt after stealing an orb coveted by the villainous Ronan. 



teenage mutant ninja turtles (august) 
From their home in the storm sewers of Manhattan, four Ninjitsu-trained turtles, Leonardo, Raphael, Michaelangelo and Donatello and their sensei, Master Splinter, battle evil. 



frank miller's sin city: a dame to kill for (august) 
The towns most hard-boiled citizens cross paths with some of its more reviled inhabitants. 



interstellar (november) 
A group of explorers make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquest the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage. 



the hunger games: mockingjay part one (november)
Katniss Everdeen reluctantly becomes the symbol of a mass rebellion against the autocratic Capitol.
